We are an all purpose CNC engineering sub- contract workshop which can manufacture and engineer all types of components based on your designs.

Programming

Our programming is done by our Edge Cam system. It is a powerful 3D CAD/CAM package for the design and manufacture of products and components, particularly those with complex shapes. With this program, we are able to replicate your 2D designs into 3D models to enable more accurate machining. This is something which is widely appreciated by our customers due to the high level of conformity on all our machined components. The system can receive CAD data exchange standards such as IGES, VDA-FS and DXF format.

Inspection and Testing

We have a Mitutoyo Euro M776 Coordinate Measuring machine which helps us inspect your products with great accuracy. We are most aware that customers prefer a one-stop shop and so we also have a Non- Destructive Testing facility within our premises. We perform Magnetic Particle Inspection and Liquid Penetrant Inspection up to ASNT Level 2 requirements.

We supply the full package for each manufactured part which includes a Certificate of Conformance, an Inspection and Dimensional Report as well as a Delivery Note. When required, we can also produce a Quality Plan which details delivery and production plan from the point of design receipt to the delivery of the machined components to you.
