Robert Bradford, Managing Director, has worked at Ayrshire Precision Engineering Limited for the last 25 years, working his way up from Machine Operator to his current position. His hands-on experience gives him a unique insight to every aspect of the company and what is required to meet our customers exacting standards. His absolute knowledge of the service and customer requirements means he is able to understand what you need and price jobs accurately and quickly. All quotes are provided within of hours of receiving a request.

Through his own experience in the company, he has ensured that Ayrshire Precision’s 4-year in-house apprenticeship programme is maintained with new apprentices taken on every year. All apprentices and engineers are rigorously trained on all machines as well as health and safety standards. They are trained not only to be highly skilled but also multi-skilled and are well versed with Lean Manufacturing methods. Working in shifts ensures full coverage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet all customer delivery times.

With Robert at the helm and ably assisted by his Production Manager, Alistair Innes; Linda Murphy, the Company Secretary and Health and Safety Supervisor as well as the team of highly skilled engineers, we can now look forward to working in new sectors while continuing to give our customers an incomparable level of service.
