Having held ISO 9001 BSi certification for over 30 years, our quality management system includes full traceability from the moment materials arrive on our site, until the finished parts leave our premises.
Taking time at the beginning of the engineering process to fully understand precisely what each customer requires for every single job is critical. This allows us to make sure our products comply with the standards being asked for physically and dimensionally whist ensuring that the raw material has the correct chemical specifications.
Parts undergo both in-process inspections and final inspections to make sure that we have produced what our customers asked us to produce.
On completion of each job, we issue a full Documentation Pack. This often consists of as many as a dozen documents, depending on the customer’s requirements. Typical packs include items such as the Certificate of Conformity (COC), Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) report for which we have the in-house ability to carry out both MPI and LPI up to ASNT Level 2.
The reports from our CNC CMM are also included in the Documentation Packs.
Securing and maintaining compliance with the relevant industry standards is a cornerstone of our business and we are always open to looking at compliance with new and emerging Regulations, Standards and Codes of Practice, whilst ensuring that the areas in which we already comply, help us to drive our business forward.

Typical documentation covers items such as Certificate of Conformity, Mill Test Certification, Non-Destructive Testing, Coating, Painting, Hardness Testing and Heat Treatment.
